Returns

Returns will be accepted for faulty goods within 12 months from date of purchase in accordance with our product guarantee (see Guarantee).    

Returns of goods ordered and not required will attract a 10% handling charge.  We do not issue a credit for the freight charges on the original invoice for supply of these goods.  Products must be retuned in their original condition. 

All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.  The buyer assumes any risk of loss, theft or damage to goods during transit.   If goods are determined to be faulty in accordance with the terms of our guarantee or incorrectly supplied, we will reimburse the freight costs.

Returns will not be accepted for custom made goods, where the goods have been manufactured in accordance with the customer’s specifications.

The Australian Coat Company Pty Ltd must be contacted by email info@theaussiecoat.com.au within 7 days of receiving the goods and prior to returning of any goods.  All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

Refunds will be processed within 1 working day of receiving returned goods and determining that a refund is due.
